No one wants to paint plastic. You have many extra steps to do it correctly, and even then the paint will eventually crack and look terrible. We use all the latest composite materials. From hi density fiberglass to the trickest weaves in carbon. We even use vinyl ester resin! This is the same resin used in boats that travel 250+miles per hour! What does that mean? It means the lightest, most flexible, and the best looking bodywork available on the market today at a price you can afford.
Carbon Fiber is used in Industry and by our Military to make parts super STRONG and lightweight. Our Rhino body sections are made just like the plastic parts from molds we made expressly for manufacturing these parts in Carbon Fiber. Each matt of Carbon Fiber is carefully laid down in a painstaking process to limit overlap, bubbles, and threads. We strive to achieve the best look possible.
Each Carbon Fiber body panel is attached the same way the plastic goes on. You will need a drill and a little patience. It is not difficult to unbolt the plastic and install your new Carbon Fiber Rhino parts.
